Structured reflection for organisational clarity and transition sense-making
A structured reflection and sense-making method, supporting reflection at points of change, uncertainty and transition.
Transitional Journal began as a guided reflection tool for navigating transition. It is now being retained as a research and method asset supporting work on organisational clarity, strategic reflection and senior-team sense-making.
The work is now being held more carefully as part of a wider professional and research interest in how people and organisations make sense of change, clarify what matters, and support better decisions in practice.
Organisational advisory work is delivered separately through Collier Advisory.
What Transitional Journal is now
Transitional Journal is a structured reflection and sense-making method. It supports reflection at points of change, uncertainty and transition.
At this stage, it is being retained as a research and method asset rather than promoted as a standalone product. Its future development will be linked to organisational clarity, strategic reflection and the practical work of helping leaders and teams make sense of transition.
Connection with organisational advisory work
The method sits alongside Rosemary Collier's wider organisational advisory work with Boards, CEOs and senior teams.
That advisory work is delivered through Collier Advisory and focuses on governance, strategy and organisational clarity.
Transitional Journal may, over time, inform research and practice in areas such as:
Structured reflection
Transition sense-making
Organisational clarity
Senior-team reflection
Decision-making during change
Leadership and governance transitions
Held as a method, not a product
Transitional Journal is not currently being developed as a mass-market journal product.
It is being held as a method, research interest and possible future organisational support tool. Further development will be shaped through professional practice, research and selected organisational work.
This method is not therapy, clinical treatment or a validated psychological intervention. It is a structured reflection and sense-making method being developed through professional practice and research.
